We are a old resident of Indore, and have bought a Glen Gas Table - GL 1031S Steel TR on 23/07 from you authorised dealer LOTUS at Indore MP. Before buying the same we found that the price range of you Gas Table was higher compared to other local brands. Inspite of this buying a product from company like GLEN we always beleive that the quality has no compromise, and we are spending higher due to best of quality and long term responce from product.
Unfortunetly our experience to the same is just opposite and we felt that buying a gas table from you company was a mistake. On 11/12, some problem has come in the Gas Table and as per the suggession of your authorised service center: M/s Ambor Marketing P Ltd we have to bear the cost of change in Alluminium Gas Tube. Post approx six months again the Gas Table start troubleing, again we made a compalint with your authorised service center: M/s Ambor Marketing P Ltd and on 27/07, we have to again bear the cost of change in Knob, Burnor Alluminium. We fail to understand a GAS TABEL buy from such a reputed company has so frequent compalint and everytime the parts needs to be changed at customer cost.
We would like to know why such a poor quality material used in the Gas Table, and inspite of paying a higer price why consumer needs to face the problem like this. Also wish to understand do the company like Glen Appliances P Ltd has some consumer grivences policy, and if so we would like to hear somthing soon from you.
