Complaint Inmast Shipping Service

Dear Sirs,

We are a buying office in HK and our mother company Jalp LLC located in USA, we are an importer of baby garment. In Dec we had a container using Inmast Shipping Service as our forwarder in Tirupur and we pre-paid all frieght charges but they didn't pay their USA agent American Global Logistics Inc, and our container has been held in USA port for 25 days.

Inmast kept telling lies and told us it was the pulling problem but finally we found out the true reason they didn't pay American Global by emailing to OOCL directly. Right now, they still not paying anything to their US agent and OOCL ; and our container still haven't got released which we bear a very big loss for such delay. The Inmast owner Venkat is a very dishonest and poor business man.

I write a letter here to ask all companies in Tirupur and India cannot use Inmast as their forwarder. This kind of dishonest person spoiled all sincere business men in India.
