am sasikala i got ad sms by oct month of 2011 stated vacant land required for mobile tower installation.. We called tat mobile number which is given in tat ad..i sent request letter with id proof as per their instruction.By dec month of 2011 i got a letter asking Rs 5500 dd for survey charges, we sent the same to them after tat no body came for survey and their contact numbers are in switched off mode..
