Trading of shares by the company without permission

I opened an account for shares vide DP Account No.12020600 and cliend ID No.00108781 on 27 Aug. My account is running at Bikaner Branch (Rajasthan) of this company vide my account No. Z2B145. I surprised to know that company is operating my account without my permission and purchased the shares without my consent. And thereafter the company itself sales the shares to clear the debit balance of my account. Therefore, my account has been debited near about Rs.10, 000/-. I contact the Incharge of Bikaner Branch about the transactions in my account and loss booked in my account. They assured to compensate the amount. But till date they have not been credited my account due loss on transactions made by the company. You are requested to take up this matter and compensate my loss at the earliest.
