An utterly irresponsible courier service. I sent a package from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India to my uncle SHri KM Nair who lives at Alleppey, Kerala, India on 08 Dec (Consignment Note No 109020333). The package was never delivered. When I contacted the Jodhpur booking office they simply shrugged off responsibility saying that they had forwarded it and gave me the telephone number of the Delhi ZOnal office (which they expected me to call up myself). At the Delhi zonal office numerous calls to a lady by the name of Ms Kiran saw me being given constant false assurances about the package having reached Kochi, Kerala etc for 3-4 days after which they stopped taking my calls at all.
Any one who entrusts his consignments to this company is trusting his own as well as his company's reputation to pure luck since they will not evn bat an eyelid in fobbing you off if they lose your package (which they are quite apt to do)
