I purchased a Godrej 165 Ltrs Refrigerator from MS Godrej & Boyce MfG Co Ltd Delhi BR Show Room, Okhla, New Delhi 0n 24 May. It started to rust at the bottom portion of the door of the refrigerator within a period of one year and five months. The refrigerator is purchased under 10 year rust protection plan and should be repainted free of cost. But unfortunately when I called the Delhi branch and asked them to repaint the refrigerator, they asked for visiting charges which is not mentioned in the warranty clause for the said reason. I would like to request the authorities to get the refrigerator repainted or changed.
