Dear Sir,
We have bought a fridge & washing machine on 8-Feb-09 (Receipt Information&-gt; Book no: 234, Sl. No. 12677) from Sham Lal & Company for Rs. 19880/-. While in the showroom, they have shown the 2007 model and promised that they will be providing the new model (year 2009) rather than the old model shown. They have delivered both the things on 10/11-Feb-09 but the fridge was same, 0f 2007 model. At the time of delivery, we have complained to delivery guys as well as shopkeeper, but they again asked to keep the fridge till the time they got the new model.
After complaining many times to shopkeeper as well as to the company, shopkeeper asked to choose the new fridge but after promising and bargaining about the delivery charges and new prices, they even have done nothing.
Many of the engineers from the company has visited and promised that it should be changed. Now company is saying that it is responsibility of shopkeeper while shopkeeper is blaming on company.
Not to mention, fridge is rusting now (not even the one year is complete) and it buckled/crumpled because of heating problem.
Also, in case of washing machine, body is cracked and the lid was broken. This is complained several times but these complains are proven waste of our time.
