We are surprised to notice that amount was charged for local calls made within free limit of 200 mins as well as for SMS . I have sent 3 local sms on 31.5.09 for that i have been charged. As per plan i am eligible for 200 local sms and 200 mins free every month, I did'nt expect such kind of things will happen in vodafone network. I wanted to reduce the amount what was charged in this bill unwantedly otherwise legal action will be taken if necessary if it is not resolved. I wanted you to go through why it has happened. My numbers are 919176691314 and 919176681314. We need feedback for the same to my emailid or number.
