Dear sir,
We have Godrej Refrigerator of capacity 235 ltrs and model GF 24 purchased by us on march
We have first faced difficulty with complain of compressor problem within a yer and which was under warranty and got replaced with lot many difficulty and hard chasing with service center,
Now our fridge was getting colled but not so nicely and we faced a problem of water dripping inside the refrigerator, after several calls service people turn to us after 7 days time and then ask to be sent to there service center, now it is almost 20 days now where in we have send the fridge for a small problem of water dripping in these peak summer season,
Now those didnt lift the phone, on our personnel visit they always find excuse that they are testing, everyday thet giove a new date and very bad performance and bad service response,
We are fedup with a company like Godreg having such a bad service people with no responsibilty and ownership to solve the problem,
On asking they refuse to give teh no or email id of there bosses in Godreg
We request to pls help us with the solution and making the thing done atthe earliest
