Not supplying bottle at home place, asking for pick the bottle from company's godown

i rima agarwal service a/c no 9394 of indian gas agency, i had shifted from ring road to bhatar road, surat before last 6 years and i always getting bottle at my home by the golden gas agency but since last 2 months the company is not ready to give me my refilled bottle at my home even i pay the transit charges whichever is. so pls do your needful and help me to prevent from suffering this.
