Goldes Gas Agency Indane Gurgaon Palam Vihar
Non Delivery of GAS

Good Morning Sir/Madam,

There has been a serious concern and problem with the Golden Gas Agency Indane Palam Vihar Gurgaon Haryana. Despite of my several reminders and request to send the GAS they have been overlooking my concern.

Firstly they do not answer the phone and then when visited them 3 weeks back they said the GAS will be delivered in 10 days. When i ask them why dont you answer the phone they said drop us a mail for any request.

Today is 21 day when i called them up early in the morning and they to my good luck they pick up the phone. They asked me when did you booked the GAS. When i told them the date they told me in 2-3 days time which is not likely i assume.

Despite of the fact when I ask them that I have to complaint. Some one from their side started shouting on me and told me to go ahead and complaint.

This kind of approach and behavior is not expected and how much a consumer will keep patience.
