Dear Sir,
I had worked with Goodcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata. I resigned from the job on 31st June and had submitted all the necessary documents about resignation and provident fund.
After that I got one copy of letter from “Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Kolkata” that re-submit the claim with contribution card of company for the year 09 and certificate of Break / No break.
Now I received a receipt from PF office dated 26/3 that my claim has been submitted, from that time I tried to call PF office Kalkata to know my claim status but every time its engaged also I had checked claim status on website – www.epfindia.nic.in but its shows “claim is not received from this office”.
