I booked my household goods worth of Rs 50, 000 (GR no. 025) on 12/03 from: 105E Mahanadi Hostel JNU New Delhi 110067 to: #60 Near Loretta English School, Behind Qoba Masjid, Coffee Board colony, Shampur road Bangalore, with State Cargo Packer & Movers (ISO:9001 Co.)

Address Delhi Office: 483/49. Old seema Puri, Near Meena Bazar Delhi 95 (M) 9971982262.

UP Border Office: Old Ghaziabad Road, Near Mata Mandir. PO . Chikambarpur, Ghaziabad . (M) 9312798471.

My complaints are as under:

1. Consignment had assured me delivery after 5 day from the booking date I contacted them several times over phone every time they excused by giving many reasons. Now almost three months has crossed the booked items is not delivered.

2. They charged money for insurance but after contact thy are not giving any positives response.

3. They did not properly note down list of all the articles packed nor their value.

Please take necessary action
