Gas booking not taken on telephone

Sir/Madam

I am a customer of Goodwill Gas Service (Krisshan Vihar), having Cust.no.- T 2887.

I want to book my gas through telephone but their telephone not working since last two month. I went to the office then I saw that they put off the receiver out of the telephone deliberately. I asked about this but they did not give any response.

Plese consider the above problem and oblige.
