Tyres gets bulge within 2 month

I replaced my car's tyres with 4 nos goodyear tyre from a authorized dealer (Maharashtra traders - pimpri pune) one of which gets bulged within 2 months (1000 kms) of city use. Company given warranty period is 1 year. Complaint is given to company, Tyre inspected by company engineer. Further company refuses to give a warranty giveing me a wage reasons. What to do???
