Now after electronically signing a few pages google informs that the instructions will be in the CD sent by them, they charge 1299 INR for this CD.
Once you open the product- You have to go online to prepare a website (for which everybody is not proficient), Google starts asking money if you need assistance in preparing the website.
You have got a money back policy of the company where you have to give a reason to return- I had answered thenm that these details about preparing the website at a cost was not informed and thus they should return my money and take their product back from me.- After this no response from Google- their contact address is: [email protected]
I intend to write this complaint as they might be fleecing a lot bunch of people in the sme way.
