PF Claim form

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my PF claim form to my then company Go To Customer Services if Feb'06.But till date after 2 years also i have not received my PF amount. On enquiring with them they had told that the form was misplaced, so i again send them the claim form in July'07.there was no reply from them.again on calling them up they told that the HR manager has left and i need to send the form again.for teh third time in Feb'08 i send them teh form. But inspite of sending them the claim form for 3 times i am yet to receive and confirmation or my PF money from them. My PF no. is DL/24643/0344.I request you to please help me in getting my PF claim money.
