Non Delivery of LPG sylender Con.no. 13479A

I am a consumer of Indane Cooking Gas (LPG) having consumer No. 13479A (Gouri Gas Agency, Raj Nagar Palam). My address is RZ-C-9/17, Mahavir Enclave, Palam. I had booked the LPG on 27-11 (Booking No. 711) but they did not deliverd it till date . please do the needfull.
