Exceptional delay in supply of gas cylinder

agency: govardhan gas agency, near 104 area, Jyothinagar, marripalem, visakhapatnam-18.
gas bookoing date:22 Nov.
till to date i.e. 06 Dec 08 i have not recieved the delivery of my gas cylinder.
today my second cylinder also has got over. response from the gas AGENCY...
I can do so many phone calls but no responded till the date not a one number both phone numbers 0891 2558585, 2558139
