Unable to contact customer care

I remained unable to contact the customer care personnel in spite of repeated efforts. In the past a number of times I observe deduction of unauthorised amount. Today I lostmy cell but repeated efforts could not yield any fruitful result.

Please take note with regard to loss of my cell and shall revert to you in due course.
