dear sir/madam,
this is for your kind information that, i shyam m nair residing at F-223, GARDEN CO-OP HSG SOCIETY, MORARJI CIRCLE, NEAR AMBA MATA TEMPLE, G.I.D.C VAPI - 396195, we are four people at home Mr. Mohanan Nair, Mrs. Shobha Mohan Nair, Mr. Shyam Nair, Mr. Sharath Nair, we three (Mr. Mohanan Nair, Mrs. Shobha Mohan Nair & Mr. Shyam Nair) were registered with indian government for VOTING ID's but they came for verification and didnt find any one at home, as three of us are working and my brother is studying. they sent us a letter saying that we were not present at the time of verification, we received the letter on 29/09/08 and the letter said that we should attend the PARDI Mamaldar office by 29/09/08, as we received the letter on same day we could not attend the same, as it was government holiday on 01/10/08 & 02/10/08, we attended the same on 03/10/08 we waited for the officer named Mr. Parmar who was not on table till 1 pm and came back as any of the other officers were not responding, we went back on the next day and he said that " THE NAMES ARE REMOVED FROM VOTING LIST". what should we do now??? please consult
