Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my sister named Vineeta Yadav has sent a envelope of "Raakhi" but till today 06/08/09 at 6:14 PM, I haven't got it. She sent it From Delhi to Varanasi before five days. Peoples complaint against private organisation but my complaint is against Government Services please do the needful as soon as possible.
