Out going calls r barred

I hv taken 4 vodafone card in october and also provide the required document to the shiv mobile shoppie at dahanu from the said 4 cards one nos i.e. 9823682229 out going calls r barred from 10 days. The c.c. center reply us that due to non supply of documents the said nos. outgoing calls r barred . but i hv allready produce all required documents to the said shoppie and also on 15/03 another set of documents i gave to the concerned shoppie but still the said nos out going calls r barred

it creates incovenience to me.

so pls do the need ful
