Email and phone call of winning amount

Hello sir,

2 day i recieved a phone call frm B Sharma (mob 09590337935) he told he frm rbi n he has recieved a cheque of 750.000GP and he wanted frm me 14126 RS n my ID prof for transction n told i will get above money after deduction in 48 hrs of deposit what is this sir is there any truth in it plz help me . just now i talked 2 delhi RBI office the person picked the phone told that this is fake. sir plz guide me wat to do, n possible do some legal action such persons.
