No PF dedution from my salary due to delay in order passed by concerned authority

Respected Sir,

I have retired on 30/01 from the service, at the post of compounder from Ayurvedic Aaushdhalay Maranchi Dist.- Patna under Zila Parishad Patna, Govt. of Bihar, after attaining the age of 60 years. I have facing various irregularirities in the official dealing by Zila Parishad, Patna during the whole service period. I am keeping my pain before you for your kind consideration and necessarary aciton, Regarding the irregularities in PF deduction from my salary by my concerned office. This information is based on letter No-372 Dated-23/11/07 (Zila Parishad, Patna under RTI) are as under :-

I have joined in my service in the year 1979, but no PF deduction exercised from my salary up to December 1990.Because order of the same is passed from my department on 11/03/ 1991 vide Letter No-627 to deduct PF w.e.f 30/01/81 .After passing this order no PF deduction has been done by officials. So I could not understand till now that who are responsible for that. It is power of authority to pass the order on time.

So, you are kindly requested give appropriate instruction to the competent authority of Zila Parishad, Patna, /Govt. of Bihar/Concerned PF authority to resolve the long time pending irregularities and do justice with me and my family members.
