my complaint rergarding the clearnce of the bill at the office of Zilla Parishad Satara from last 12 yeras.
12 years ago i filled the tender of construction of road about 2.25 km in length.i have completed the work in the given time limit. but the responsile officer are not clearing the bill from last 12 years.they are aksing for the barbe of 1 lakh ruppes.but i m so poor that to pay these ruppes. i praying to all officer to clear the issue from last 12 year more than 1000 times. but it all of no use.
please listen my issue. and help me out.
