Poor Service by Znet

For the last 3 months we have subscribed to service, we have having huge problems related to mail server. Their IP Address 174.37.21.116 is either blacklisted or under ' Suspicious' Category leading to either our mails returning or going into Spam. we have written numerous tickets and emails but there is very poor response. The Sales people who use to call twice in a day have vanished from face of earth and refuse to acknowledge mails. The Web Site and Service Interface carefully hides all escalation mechanism and numbers and there is no way to know email of any one senior enough to help. The support is just pathetic. Our experience should be a lesson for those willing to buy solution from Znet India.
