Refuse to Service within Warranty Period

I purchased "Glen 8010 Dry Iron' on dtd. 28.02.08 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd, 290.G.T.Road, kazipara More, Howrah - 711102.

when Iron started to given problem, I contanct to Seller (G.E.A Pvt ltd) for servicing/repairing in last week. They refused to repair it & they said its service period was over, but as per Warrenty card it is clearly written that it is within 2 years from date of purchase.

Requested to take immediate needful action.
