Me my brother and two of my friends booked 4 flats in the greencity dharuhera project in jan by investing the base amount of Rs 200000/- each. The me and my brother submitted the second installment of 1lakh 72 thousand upon recent of the demand note and various reminders from greencity. The there was not progress on the project for the past one year and upon greencity buildtech's refusal to refund the amount. they suggested to transfer the amount to a plot in there Agra project and for which we can have the registry of plot with no other option me my brother and one of my friend decided to go for the same. Our amount was adjusted and Rs 61000 was taken from my friend and the allotment letters were issued now even after the complete payment we have no one whom we can contact for the registration of plots even.
