Poor quality of Service

All-

I wish to share my personal experiance w.r.t the poor quality of service done my Ms. Green Earth Systems, Chennai. They are charging 3k as maintenance charges for the iron removal plant. However, the servicemen they sent are not qualified on technics. They do patch work and within month things will become wosre. Customer complaints are not properly heard and the work done by themare of poor quality and 3k is waste. Though they claim they are professionals but they try to extract money for every thing and deliver a poor quality of work.
