Dear support,
As per my telephonic discussion with Mr. Rajesh Rawal, I understand that Mr. Rawal is unable to solve my query and case is pending since last weeks.
I am liable to pay only Rs 1200 which is my Credit limit. If you don’t know the concept of credit limit then learn it first.
I believe that your system is not working properly so you need to check up that first. Your customer care employee is not listening to any one and avoiding customer problem.
I have also logged this complained to blog and news paper.
I want connection by tomorrow 20th October and also without a satisfactory answer from your side, it would be very difficult to arrive at any conclusion.
This needs urgent attention….
