Stray and infected dogs

Sir,

This is to inform you that i am a resident of sarita vihar pocket-f near jain mandir. The problem that we have been facing for the past almost a decade is that there are a lot of stray dogs in our colony and that is not the end of it as some of the unconcerned people residing in our colony feer that it is there duty to feed them and so they provide them with whatever is left in lunch or supper not understanding that sugar as well as excess of salt is like feeding poison to the dogs. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and get these stray and infected dogs removed from the colony.
