Non Delivery of Courier on time

I had given a courier vide POD no. 12210960020 after confirm from its customer care about the transit time. I need an urgent requirement of it next day. But till 06.10.08 10:34 AM it would not delivered by them. Also I try to contact their customer care but in a very rude way they cut my call without information and not picking up phone afterwards. I request for some justice on it coz i suffered a loss due to this.
