Non delivery of cylinder and othe

SIR

We are facing very serious problem of gas in our town.

first there is no door delivery facility, there is no minimum period (TIME)

ALL customers are spending one day for cylinder. now a days one day is very expensive. all people are private employs (80%).

Here two gas agencys, 1.guruktupa, 2.vinayaka. both are same.

My self i booked on 18.03.10. still iam waiting for gas today date:01.04.10.

please solve these problems as soon as possible.
