it is requested that since long time no action has been taken by your office our oraganization applied tranfer letter in the month of aug"t year 2007. this is your office negligence my account so for not tranfered or no any communication from your office I have been applied with form no.13 through proper channal.

They are not co-operating or helpi to solve the issue.

Hence this is requested that kindly trasfer and intimate to our organization and me enable to conitinew new account
