Sir,

I regret to bring in your kind notice that m/s Gurunanak gas sewa

near sindhu cinema, main road, Bairagarh, Bhopal, has changed

my address without mandate given by me, While booking the

last cyllinder some 7 days ago, they delayed in supply of cyllinder,

and when I reminded them of delay, they informed me that they

have changed the address as-

vijay shri apptt nog-4, a sector, plot no40, lalghati, bhopal

I informed them that i have not given any request for change of

my address as above, hence it is my most humble request to you

that action should be taken against the person who has changed

my address in unauthorized manner, and my original address as

follows should be once again incorporated:-
