In my passport No. H 4521752 issued on 16.04. the name of spouse has been incorrectly written as "JYOTI SHREE GAURAV". It should be correctly replaced and written as "SURENDRA PRASAD SINGH".
Please make the required correction and issue the revised passport at the earliest.
