Software problem & poor customer service

Dear sir,

i have purchased 1 haier c 6000 model mobile in erode, Tamilnadu, TATA indicom showroom

mobile have problem of No service, it has to complaint with our showroom dealer, they are arrange for servicing, still the mobile was not ready, at mean time no respond from our region service dealer vin infotech,

kindly take some action
