We had purchased a front loading washing machine of haier from "better deals" janak puri on 20-04, we have lodged the complaint with haier customer care on 30-01 complaint # 10000039500 thats its not working. Haier after sales services are pethinc and I am suffering from hell lot of problems, till 06-01 engineer came and went but problem persists and on 06-01 they took the machine to there service centre and provide us with stand by that to after lot of request and assured us that w/m will be returned in perfect condition by 10-02 but no one revert for the same and when we called up the service center they said that will return as soon as the problem resolved.
We request you to take some action against HAIER as we faced this earler also, with w/m as well as with the slipt AC. these are the gifts from my parents on my wedding so request you to hekp us
