SIR, I HAVE GIVEN MY FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE FOR REPAIR AS ITS LED SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING, SEEN BY HAIER COMPANY REP, THE MAIN TECH WAS ILL SO THEY SEND ASSISTANT WHO WAS NOT TRAINED WHO TRIED TO OPEN MACHINE AT MY PLACE AND CREATED NEW PROBLEMS BY CAUSING SHORT CIRCUITS, NOW THE MACHINE WAS TAKEN TO THERE SERVING STATION IN JULY... IT WAS KEPT THERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND WE THREATENED THEM TO TAKE THEM TO CONSUMER COURT THEY GAVE THE MACHINE HALF REPAIRED AND NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING OR TALKING TO US, THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY TOKEN OR RECEIPT, I HAVE ONLY COM NO AT HAIER WEB SITE, KINDLY HELP
