Just less than an year back i purchased the washing machine from vivek& co chennai. the problem of non functioning of washing unit developed 10 days back. complaint filed. technicians visited 6 times, replaced 3 parts and slightly melted the pulsator. yesterday technician came and told that every thing is alright. but on operation, it is seen that:
-the machine has slowed down;
-the drier is not working
though the technician told that he can be called in case of any problem, he is not lifting the phone his ph no.9869065725
