COMPLAINT NOT TAKEN CARE OF EVEN AFTER A MONTH

MY ORDEAL WITH HAIER IS PROBABLY WORSETHAN ANYBODY ELSE.

AND IT HAS BEEN A REPEATED MISCHIEF.

PRESENTLY, THE COMPLAINT ABOUT NON FUNCTIONING AC WAS MADE ON 05/07/09 BUT EVEN AFTER SEVEERAL VISIT BY THE SERVICE PERSONNEL, THE COMPANY IS NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE FAULT, THE PCB SENT TWICE TURNED OUT TO BE INCOMPATIBLE. ON MORE TAHN ONE OCCASION THE MODEL NO. HAS BEEN NOTED DOWN BUT THE THINGS HAVE NOT CHANGED AND IN THIS SWELTERING HUMIT SUMMER I HAVE JUST TI RUE MY FATE THE DAY I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THIS HORROR CONTRAPTION.

I HAD EVEN MAILED TO ITS CHINA HEADQUARTER.
