I purchased apacket of kashmiri mixure from Agra U.P. weight 400 gmsBatch noB packed may manufactured at haldiram manufacturing co. Ltd. New Delhi.it cotained a used pouch of TIRAGA GUTHAKHA inside sealed packet which is grossly unhygenic from health point of view ang dangerous for children.

i complained about it on 12th july and recived a email that they will send a field force for knowing facts but more than 11 days have passed no one have contacted me.

i shall like the consumers of haldiram products about their apathy
