I booked e-ticket for travelling from Cuttack to Vizianagaram on Dt. 04/08/08 in Falaknuma Express (Train No. 2703). But on Dt. 04/08/08, I came to know the train is cancelled. Yet, the ticket cost is not refunded in my account.
Please do the needful.
