Kind Attention: International Client,
Thank you for contacting Wilson and Co. Chambers. We have noted your request for procurement of an Affidavit and I wish to introduce myself as Barrister Wilson Burrows, an Ecuadorian by birth but British by nationalization.
A sworn affidavit of claim is a legal document issued by courts to authenticate a certain fact and empower an institution to ascertain a said claim under the provisions of the British government. This document is notarized and issued by the commissioner of oaths in the court kindly find below the requirements for getting this Legal document (Sworn Affidavit).
1. Scanned copy of your proof of Identity (Driver's license or International passport)
2. Payment of attorney/chambers charge of £ 100 Pounds.
3. Payment of Her Majesty crown court oath fee of £ 220 pounds.
4. Provision of your name, address and amount won.
The above charges totaling £320 Pounds are to be paid by you prior to the procurement of the sworn affidavit by this chambers. Kindly note that the payment of attorney/chambers charge would go the your representative attorney since you have appointed this law firm to stand on your behalf at court since you would not be disposed to come to the UK to swear for yourself.
On receipt of the above requirement, we will proceed to the court to swear an affidavit of claim on your behalf and would have it sent to you same day we received the requirements from you.
We advice that you send us requirement 1 & 4 immediately so that we can send you the payment information so that you can transfer requirement 2 & 3 via western union money transfer and have the scanned payment receipt sent to us immediately for confirmation of payment and further procurement of the sworn affidavit.
We look forward to your prompt response. Thank you.
Regards,
Barr. Wilson Burrows (ESQ)
