Shifting of land line connection

Sir,

i was submitted my shifting application of my land line in renuka niwas, vasai (w) on 1st august. my telephone no. was 0250-2322893. all officers was commited that we can shift your line in max. 10 days. but till date 14th october my land line is not in use. all officer's are promissing that we can reconnect your line within four to five day's. i am very botherd about this answer. officers behaviours is not proper suiteble for bsnl officers. they are treated me as a BHIKARI. if they are not sure for reconnect my line so why they are promissing me.

if bsnl (vasai) officers & management is very lasy then i can cancelled my land line and bye a other land line.

so please do the needfull help for me and bsnl reputation early as posible
