Product Complain Milton Columbus 1.8 L

Dear Sir,

I have bought one Milton Thermo Steel Flask 1.8L from Garg Dastak Shop no -22, S.C.O. Complex, Sector 31 Gurgaon 122001 on 25.12.2007.

When I checked the product, I found that it was not working properly. We were not getting liquid (liquid coming from Flask very slowly) from the product when we press the button for open the flask as per work instruction.

I complained the same to the Garg Dastak on 06.01.2008 for the product. They asked me to wait till one or two days so that it can be repaired or replaced. I left the product with them for any action.

After two days when I contacted them again they told me that I have used the product and I have to wait another four or five days. I did not use the product. Only I have checked the product with water to know whether it is working or not. I believe that Garg Dastak is not willing to replace the same. They are not giving any positive reply for my complain.

The product is lying with them.

I believe that Garg Dastak is selling the rejected product of the company otherwise they should replace the same with new product or have to take any action for my complain.

Could you please look into the matter?
