Gas delivery is late

I JVS Gupta, gas consumer Hari Hara Gas Agency, Nandyal, Kurnool (dist) Andhra Pradesh.

I Booked my refil Gas on 5-12.So for I Have not received Gas from The Agency. When we discursed about Gas is not giving any proper responses (simply rising words on the customer's). Please do some needs ful to the consumer.
