SUB: - COMPLAIN AGAINST MOHD AZIZ, S/O MOHD ISHAQ.
DEAR SIR,
This is to inform that Mohd Aziz, S.O Mohd Ishaq, address:- R-260, GALI NO-11, RAMESH Park, Laxminagar, new Delhi-110092, had made a false complain against me in the shakarpur police station and forwarded that to ACP office on 12/10.and also that I anish anand is a false person and he cheated him .and for the same he make some false document with the help of some related person (one of them he introduce that he is the police person) against me to show that I cheated him in different manner and after show all this he can claim and get big money from me against only 5000/- rupees that I had taken from him some time back in a friendly manner but at that time I don’t know about there motive
But the only mistake by me that I didn’t return back that money to him at the given time and saying that I will give you later time to time. This is my only mistake and I accept this and return that money in cash in front of S.H.O Sakarpur (Mr. Ravinder) on 25/11 and receive the payment receipt from shakarpur police station.
I had given a chq of rupees 5500/- with interest of rupees 500/- just after 1 month but 1st they didn’t accept but when I gave him forcely then they bounced my chq with the reason of overwriting, but the motive is different that I know when I present in shakarpur police station against their complain and the call of S.H.O Sakarpur and see all this.
Because the chq bounce is also a criminal offence and they can blackmail me on that as well they they also try to make 5500/- to 55000 may be and that is overwriting.
In the form of his complain that he made that there are a lot of point are in his complain that make false himself and prove that whatever he says in complain is wrong and make himself as a cheater who want to do all this to show off me and my family scared and threaten to give him big money otherwise he make me and my family in danger that he done in past months three or four times to came with so many people at my home in night time (WB-9, Shakarpur, new delhi-110092) and threaten me and my wife.
Sir all these things are came to me when I got a call from shakarpur Police Station in the month of November and I gone there and given my statement to S.H.O sakarpur at that time also but on 23/11 in evening again I got a call from shakarpur thana from Mr devender (H.C) and I went there on 25/11 in afternoon and find out all these big obligation against me and see the false complains and other things.
After that at the same time I given my Written statement against the complain as well go through all the police procedure whatever they say at the same time and the date and return back the said amount of rupees 5000/- the genuine cash in front of S.H.O sakarpur (Mr. Ravinder) and the case in charge Mr. devendra and make through all the legal police procedure in proper manner with full cooperation and close all the matter from my side in that time itself and within the shakarpur police station in front of the case in charge and s.h.o sakarpur.
Now after this there is no obligation, no due or nothing between me (Anish Anand) and Mohd. Aziz as per police procedure and case closing.
But sir after this he as well some other person with mohd aziz threaten me inside and outside the police station and physically harmed me by one of the person with them that he can’t stop here he will make very harm to me as well my family. Otherwise he paid him 20, 000/- if I want to stay safely with my family in Delhi that I refuse that why I give to him if I am true that shakarpur police station prove ..
After then onwards he started to threaten me regularly on phone in very bad or rude manner with using abuse language and a lot….
Wherever I was wrong I accepted and rectified it but can’t do or agree whatever they want and for that whatever I have to do I will and fight and go up to high level if necessary with the help of our respected law of India.
Dear sir Today 30/11 at 11 am (proof given the time require) I got a call from Mr. Aziz and in that call he asked me to give 15000/- rupees more when I deny that why I give you the money then he started to use abuse language and start threaten me and start record this call for the evidence in that he threaten me and ask to give money otherwise he so off. (Recorded phone call is also present with this complain) with all required evidence if require.

Make me and my family danger as well threaten and using abuse language .so tell
Me upto when I stay in this condition if the police can’t help me.
So sir this is the kind request you to take it this on Priority basis and take the necessary step against Them that I and my family stay here safely and in a lawful environment under your surveillance.
For the same as a further step to stay here safely with my family I first register complain through this online facility to take necessary step ASAP and if require
I forward this complains to all the senior officials (C.P, DCP.ACP) of Delhi police.

this is only the matter of money apart from this local police personal also asking for bribe clearly and openly to settel down this issue ..?? but actual there is no issue this is the clear case of harassment by the local personal and local police authorities.
