Sub: Bad service of Harson Gas Service
Dear sir
I am a LPG INDANE GAS customer with Harson Gas services, ROPAR, PUNJAB and my customer’s No. is HG1009A. I have booked for a refill on 6.11.2008 personally going to the agency
My neighbour also had booked for a refill on 8.11.2008. On 20.11.2008 she got her refill but eventhough my booking was two days earlier, Idid not receive mine. Next day I went to the agency and enquired, Iwas told that I will get my cylinder the next day i.e, on 22.11.2008. but it did not happen. The next day on Sunday, 23.11.2008 a refill was delivered to a house my lane and they had booked for a refill on 14.11.2008. This was very annoying and went to the agency with a complaint but they replied me that their system is down and all entries they made had been lost so they did not know who had booked and when and they all details of my card and promissed that they would definitely deliver my refill the next day on 25.112008. But today it is 27.11.2008 and I have not received my refill yet. Today I had called the agency only to be replied back that still their system is down, and today there will be no supply and I will get my refill only after tomorrow.

Many of them told me that he offers refills in black for more charges. Also whenever we complain them of gas leakage they will never attend to problems. They come only after many reminders and who ever comes they talk very rudely. They come without rubber washers and say this leakage is normal.
This problem happens now and then with me and other customers with this agency. Earlier also their was many complains against him no proper actions has been taken. This time with all hopes, I kindly request that our problems be attended and necessary actions be taken in interest of the customers.
